I’m Erick, founder of Tap & Sip Social. I started this premium bar company with a simple idea: the bar should elevate your event, not slow it down.

I built Tap & Sip Social to bring craft cocktails to events without the wait.

I oversee every detail—menus, batching, our tap cart, and those small touches that make service feel effortless.

We operate as a premium bar partner, not just bartenders. We manage alcohol pickup, mixers, ice, smoked cocktails, and branded cups and bar signs in-house, so your event gets fast pours, beautiful presentation, and a polished guest experience from start to finish all from one company.
